Getting started
love.tennis is a community platform for tennis in Bangkok. We help you find hitting partners, join social and competitive sessions, follow leagues, and discover courts across the city — whether you live here, are an expat, or are just visiting.
Yes. Creating an account and joining the community is completely free. Individual sessions or court bookings may have their own costs set by the organiser or venue; any price is always shown in Thai Baht (฿), and 0 ฿ means free.
Tap “Join free”, enter your email, and we will send you a magic sign-in link — no password to remember. Click the link, complete a short profile with your level and preferences, and you are ready to find sessions.
No. You can browse sessions, leagues and the courts directory without an account. You only need to sign in when you want to join a session, enrol in a league, or save your profile.
Sessions & playing
Sessions are organised meet-ups to play — singles, doubles, drills or social hits. Each listing shows the date, location, level range and how many spots are left. Reserve a spot from the session page; if it is full you can join the waitlist.
You are welcome. Many sessions are marked beginner-friendly or social, and our community spans all levels from first-timers to advanced players. Look for the level badges on each session to find the right fit.
There is no minimum. Each session lists a level range using the NTRP scale (roughly 1.5 for new players up to 7.0 for pros). Not sure of your level? Our tennis rankings guide and quiz can estimate it in a few minutes.
Absolutely. Visitors and tourists are welcome to join sessions during their stay. Browse upcoming sessions, sign up for free, and reserve a spot — it is one of the easiest ways to play and meet local players.
Bring your racquet, court shoes, water and clothing suited to Bangkok’s heat. Some organisers provide balls; the session details note anything specific. If you do not own a racquet yet, ask the organiser — many can help.
Leagues & waitlists
Leagues are ongoing, level-grouped competitions where you play a series of matches against others of similar standard over a season. You can follow the standings on the league page and enrol when registration is open.
When a session or league reaches capacity, further sign-ups join a waitlist in the order they register. If a spot opens up, the next person on the waitlist is offered the place. Your position is determined fairly and deterministically by sign-up time.
You can still join the waitlist. If someone drops out, the spot is offered to people in waitlist order. You will be notified if a place becomes available so you can confirm.

Our courts directory covers venues across Bangkok, organised by area. Each court profile shows the location, surface, and available details so you can find somewhere convenient to play.

We list courts to help you find places to play and keep their details as accurate as we can. We are not affiliated with the venues and do not currently operate a verification badge — always confirm opening hours and booking directly with the venue.
